BMF users, What is your daily burn?

I have been trying to calculate what % of my calories I want to cut and have been looking at a lot of online calculators. If I average out my last month by my BMF I am burning about 2675 calories a day. I am active, have 3 kids and run about 20-25 miles a week and workout 6 days total. My workouts vary between running, swimming, biking and heavy lifting. But all these online calculators estimate me at about 2400 calories a day with working out 6-7 days a week. I know my BMF is probably right but I just can't help but wonder if it is causing me to overeat and and not lose weight, you know?

I have to say that I've thought the same thing about my BMF...that maybe it was overestimating my burn and keeping me from losing what I want to lose. I used to log all my food there, until I found MFP. The database is so much better here that I stopped logging on BMF and now just enter my total calories consumed there.

Since I started that, I'm eating more now that what I was before...when I go by my net calorie goal on MFP. On BMF, I used to make sure I had a 750-1000 calorie deficit. When going by my net calories here, eating back my exercise calories, and entering my total calories consumed into BMF at the end of the day, I usually end up with a 500-750 calorie deficit.

I'm doing the same workouts now that I was doing before I found MFP and started going by it's estimate for what I should consume, and I'm still losing inches. Notice I said inches, not weight. Overall, the scale isn't budging much for me, but my clothes are fitting way better and that's what matters to me, personally.

So overall, I think BMF is pretty accurate. JMHO on *my personal* calorie burn and it's accuracy.
