Hi,
My doctor wants me to gain weight, and I assume by weight she means muscle mass, so I'm looking for a exercise/fitness band. How can I tell what resistance fitness band is appropriate for me, and where can I get a good one at a reasonable price? (I've already ripped my sister's fitness band in two trying to use it
) I'd appreciate your guys' advice on this one.

They come in different colors. Get one in the middle zone because you can change the resistence by moving your feet closer or wider.
There are great workouts on Youtube.
I love them. Use them at work, on vacation, when I am bored.0 -
Why don't you use regular weights? Those things can really hurt when they snap.0

I would prefer a band because regular weights are not conducive to travel...0
