The “F” word is the 2nd most revered word in our house! How, you ask can, I be so bold and callus to make such a statement?
Well, because it’s true. In our house the four letter word starting with “F” can be used to represent so many things. We have come to understand its power in our everyday life and choose to embrace it rather than vilify those four little letters. That little four letter word replaces anger, substitutes as a fallback for any emotion we want. We use it to hurt, or we sometimes all too often use it to stuff our true voices. Even our animals have heard it so much they know instinctively what it means and how to react to it. The little four letter word starting with “F” can make you feel strong, make you want more, is very pleasurable alone or between two intimate souls and for the ever so bold, even in large groups settings. Lately we have found new diversions for the “F” word, but we still occasionally use it when we shouldn’t and for the wrong reasons. We are learning to understand its power and its pleasure, while continuing to find different and exciting ways to initiate new variations of it. Oh to be young and limber again to augment that new drive!
What power does the “F” word hold in your house? Do you embrace it or vilify it? Is it acceptable to abuse it and have we misunderstood the long love/hate relationship with the word?
Today the "F" word is about healthier options in our house and no longer a dirty word. :-)
ps.....The first revered word in our house is the Word of the Lord.

You forgot using it to show love and nurturing because of lacking adequate vocabulary to express it otherwise. That's a big one for me.0
