Best Weight Loss Workout At Gym?

Hello :)

So im currently doing about 60-90 mins gym workout a day ( depending on how im feeling, and how much i go for it) this is:

20 mins low intensity exercise bike (warm up)
40 mins cross trainer (as much as i can)
5 mins of this leg thing that says lift up knees to float- i dont know what this is called but it kills me lol
5 mins of a arm things that you push round, also dont know what this is called
1000 meter on rowing machine
Various Weights such as arm, legs, ab crunches.
20 mins high intensity bike

I try to push myself to do an extra 2 mins on everything and build up, when i started in the gym i could only manage 15 mins on the cross trainer!

I really want to loss as much weight as possible, is this an okay training set? Or should i do something else?
