I totally agree with him. I wish he'd spent more time defining "excessive caloric deficits". His only example was a woman eating 600 calories a day and doing 2 hours of cardio. I agree, that's not going to be good and was probably like TDEE minus 80%. I hate to see people read these things and think it means TDEE minus 30% is dangerous.0
