Huge eye opener!

Had an eye opener last night. Its time to get my **** together. Just because I can't eat 100% healthy right now does not mean I cant go out for a walk every day. It doesn't mean that I need to eat every bad thing for me that is in the house. I'm going to start logging in everything I eat and what mood I'm in when I eat it no matter what it is and how I felt when I ate it. Its time for this young lady to not feel like an old lady. No more smoking, its going to be hard but I can do it. Going to go to classes EVERY day and hopefully be a straight A student, I am a very smart person I know I can do it. I am going to find a job and work it when I need to. Sorry for the rant everyone.

Keep your eyes on the prize, it's difficult but it's worth it. When I realized I was unhappy with my weight, I cut out sodas and beer, and it made a HUGE difference...I wasn't retaining as much water weight, and the quick weight drop was motivational. I pretty much just drink water/ sparkling water/ with or without a twist of lime. It's fine for me, because I'd rather drop a pound than enjoy a coke.
Just plain walking on a regular basis has worked wonders for me. If I walk an hour a day, I try to do it at a decent pace, but I'm not killing myself, I can still hold a conversation. Cutting out the sodas, and walking at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week will make some great changes.
And if you don't want to smoke, cut it out, show your habit who's boss.0
