I can't believe I ate that!

Had a nice afternoon running errands with the family and we stopped at Applebee's for supper. I looked at the 'Weight Watchers' meals, but they didn't sound good. I ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken and when I got home I discovered that the meal has over 1,200 calories!! The good news is, I only ate half of the chicken and none of the rice. I brought the other half home but will now throw it away after learning how BAD it is for me!

Lesson learned, I guess!!

    Got a dog???? I always bring left overs home for the dog so i don't get tempted into eating it later!!!!!

    Don't you just hate that?!!! You try and go healthy but noooo they have to pack extra calories in wherever the heck they can! Sounds like you did good though by only eating half and not the rice, great job :happy:

  • I think that the best thing to do is always only eat half. Most restaurant food weighs in around 1000-2000 calories for a meal! So they you are only eating 500-1000. Good job on only eating 1/2. I'd say toss the rest!
