Trouble losing weight!

I'm having a lot of difficulty losing weight for some reason. I've been trying to be good and have used the tracking app since April and-- lo and behold-- gained a pound. So here are my questions:
1. Are you not supposed to go under a net of 1200? I feel like I've been operating under that assumption and perhaps it's time to kick it up a notch and have a net of 1000?
2. What sort of percentages for fat/carbs/protein should I shoot for?
3. Any other tips?
I'll make my log public (if it isn't already) in a sec. Also, if it helps, I'm 5'8" and 149lbs. I usually do between 10 and 40 minutes of cardio a day. Similarly, I do between 250 and 400 crunches and about 35 lady pushups daily (but I don't log that).
