Nope - darn cupcakes!

Nope - in fact, gained a pound due to the above. ^
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
I cleaned out the cat litter box, replaced my leaking hose (in my car), cleaned my house up, laundry etc.
What would I have done differently?
I should have exercised while I still had the energy, NOT AT 10-11 PM. I put it off until my daughter was on bed, then felt too exhausted to get on my treadmill.
What is today's personal goals?
Have balanced meals, stay w/i my calories, exercise 30+ mins on treadmill. Read my social work text book while walking!0 -

I ran for 20 minutes straight even though my hip was killing me!

Not drink so many mountain dews :blushing:

No - Cheese Curds are evil ... way too yummy ... but evil!

No - Spent the day driving home from a family reunion ... it's hard to get enough exercise in a car.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Although I gave in to the Cheese Curds ... I controlled myself at all other pit stops along the way
What would I have done differently?
I would have insisted that we skip the stop at the Cheese Factory.
