I signed up for this site quite awhile ago because I had read about it but never got anywhere with it because I don't understand what I"m supposed to do. It looks like I get 1200 per day but I don't see any menu ideas or anything else. Can someone direct me where I should be going or do I just enter what I eat and hope I'm getting proper nutrition? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Not really sure myself. I looked up nutritional meals myself and just enter them and they kind of calculate things for you. There may be other things but I am uncertain. Maybe look around the posts and see if people have posted nutritional guides. This site has been around awhile so I am certain there is something.0

Hi, there! When I first started, I would click on "add food" to what ever meal I was eating. Let's use breakfast as an example. I am having scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast with Smart Balance spread, and a clementine. So, first in the search box I type "eggs". Several menu choices other people have added will pop up in the box. You choose the one closest to what your item is, and click in the little box next to it. Usually you can adjust the amount over in the right-hand box that pops up when you select that choice. Then click on "Add all checked items to menu". Enter the next one and do the same until you've got your whole breakfast included. The program will total the amount of calories, including fats, carbs and proteins, in your meal and let you know what you have left for the day. You log in your exercise the same way. When you exercise, you get extra calories to eat that day, and you should eat all those back because you're already eating fewer calories at 1200 than you used to. Once you've got the hang of that, you can add your own recipes. I've been doing that quite a lot because then I know what I'm choosing is exactly the right amount of each ingredient. Good luck! I hope this helps!0
