Mornin ladies

Had a rough start to my morning, woke up late and almost had 2 accidents on my way to work,

I meet my goal for this challange I am now at 160. My goal for this next challange is to make 150. I think I can do 10 pounds in 2 months ( I hope)


I got in 2 wrokouts in over the weekend plus some serious house cleaning yesterday, I was sooo tired yesterday after cleaning all day:grumble:

Hope yall had a grat long weekend:drinker:

    my computer keeps locking up - I already posted once but it didn't go thru! :grumble:

    restful weekend, ran 4.5+ miles on friday, strength saturday, shorter run sunday - didn't feel so good, strength yesterday--still holding my own with the increased calories...

    OK I was a bad girl today I had a strawberry sundae after lunch today, but it was ggo dand I am having an awfull morning. I will work it off tonight, might have to do an extra had workout to release this stressful day
