I eat Cheerios every morning with blueberries. Only 1 g sugar , it is lower then the Multi grain. I have high cholesterol so can not eat eggs daily. I do try to stay lower on the carbs the rest of the day.

Eggs, plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit. I try to stay away from cereal, but when I craving some it will be cheerios.

Don't listen to that if you're trying to avoid the sugar content ov cereal, that yoghurt & fruit probably has the same or higher amount of sugar in :P (I struggle to keep my sugar intake low too)

It isn't as if sugar magically makes you fat.

ARGH when people say this it p*sses me right off. Sugar makes you just as fat as anything else in excess, not to mention it's high calorie and basically god for nothing except calories/energy.
People with a concentration of belly flab are the people who are told by doctors they are at higher risk of developing diabetes. because fat deposists there usually have their origins in a high sugar-intake.

Sugar will make you fat because you only havwe to have a little of it to ingets a lot of calories.
Start tracking your sugar on your food diary, and try and stay under. SUGARS IN FRUITS/DIARY COUNT.

Weetabix for me - but I wouldn't say its low in calories - 209... thats with about 200ml of skimmed milk.
How many calories does everyone normally have for each meal?

Hello, You may want to try Special K "Satisfaction" cereal. Its quite delicious, stays crunchy to the bottom of the bowl, and has 200 cals for 1 1/4 cups. 1g Fat , 4g Fiber , 13g Sugar, 10g Protein, 125g potassium. I usually eat it as my pre-workout breakfast as its not heavy on my stomach, lots of protein, and it keeps you feeling full til your next meal. Good luck on your search {:o)

Yes 134 cal is low - but then you have to add milk... that starts pushing up the cal
