Could anyone tell me if it is true that 1/4 cup of honey mustard dressing at Quizno's is 490cal and 430g of fat????:noway: I went to enter it in my food diary and that is what came up. I then went to the quizno's home page and they don't list their nutrition guide so I couldn't check it.
If anyone knows the answer please let me know I am hoping that it is a miss print :ohwell:

  • check here: http://www.quiznos.com/subsandwiches/Products.aspx

Edit: I lied... looks like it could be true. There's a "watching calories" option on the top right.
  • I know that is what I thought but I checked it twice and I googled a bunch of sites that had different Quizno facts and the salad that goes with that type of dressing is listed as 1000 calories. That is why I am hoping that someone has researched this already and has an answer. I guess Quizno's only gives you a look at the nutrition guide if you ask for it. It's not on there web site and I am about an hour away from a Quizno's so I can't really go back and check.

It was probably a type and should be 43g of fat but the Quizno's website lists the honey mustard as 500calories.

If you look at the menu, each item has a button you can click for the nutrition.

    Double post.:grumble:
  • A gram of fat is 9 calories. If that was truly 430g of fat, the dressing alone would have 3870 calories just from fat. That cannot be true.
  • ok I did get the info and it's 430g's from calories and 48g of fat per serving...:blushing: I really paniced hahaha when I saw that ....not that 48g is good but a far cry from 430. Still it will definetly not be on my list of foods because the calories are still 500!
    Thanks all

:frown: I have found that Quizno's is very high in the nutrional factor, as in too many calories, fat etc.. I won't eat there any longer after I saw how many calories just a 6" sandwich if theirs has!! :frown:
  • I know 1harleygal it is really high in calories and in fat, you think you are making a better choice and your not. It is kind of discouraging
