How are you guys? I’m new here and thought I would introduce myself and say: 'Whud Up fitness peeps who blog online about it'

Noticed the Strength exercises don’t update with calories burned etc? Makes the goals seem a little wacky right?

Im currently on a 5 day split that will take me up until my trip to Rarotonga then after 2-3 weeks off a 10 month slog to a body building competition in May. Hard work and lots of chicken to be had!
