Elliptical Recomendations NordicTrack vs. Precor

My husband told me to go ahead and pick out an elliptical machine we can buy for home. After a few hours research (he says not enough), I told him I wanted the NordicTrack E 15.0. I like it because it has a high capacity (400 lbs) so he can use it also, but also because it has the Ifit system, lots of resistance levels and on board programs. The warranty is pretty decent also. When I gave him my choice, he said no way was he buying a NordicTrack, he wanted me to buy a Precor or Nautilus. I really don't want a huge piece of equipment in my living room, and if we are going to pay that much for a machine, I'd rather it be fun to use. I can go to the gym and use a precor. Anyone out there have a NordicTrack that can give me feedback? (or tell me he is right?) Thanks in advance!
