Health Farms / Residential Boot Camps

I need some ideas.

I have a week off of work next week and was thinking of booking into a health farm or boot camp. Looking to go on my own to somewhere in the south of England. Site should be residential, have access to a full gym, pool and ideally offer classes. I am not big on spa treatments.

I am not looking to go abroad this year, so looking at mid range prices (I am not made of money :bigsmile: but am willing to indulge).

Any recommendations?

    Still looking, have looked at Champneys but far too expensive
