Just started today. I am sore from it, the chest and back workout was tough for me. the ab ripper killed my hip flexors. I don't have a lot of upper body strength either. Hoping to tone up, not so much lose weight but that would be a nice plus.
Has anyone out there done this? I searched the old posts but they were about 3 months old....how was it following the nutrition plan? According to the book, i should eat around 2200 calories which to me seems like a TON!
Can't wait to do the next workout tomorrow at 4:00 am! Rise and Shine! :flowerforyou:

Good morning,
I have not done P90X myself, but I would recommend using the message boards on teambeachbody.com. They're free and there is a ton of good advice for all of the Beach Body products.
As for the calories, 2200 really isn't that much if you're working as hard as you will be in P90X.
Good luck with the program! I'm not brave enough to attempt that one myself yet.
