    Good luck everyone! I just started week 4 today and I can honestly say that I am so addicted to the dvd's and the workouts! I love seeing how much I can push myself and how much better I got at the exercises over the weeks. I'm excited to see the end results! :)


    That is right, it is so addictive!!!! im have 2 weeks left, and i cant wait to do start my second round ! Now i know i can reach my goal sticking to this programm called- insanity. The best home workout i have ewer done!
