It is hard

Some days the size of my goal (75 lbs) seems overwhelming, especially as the scale has hardly budged in the past two months. I am still determined to see it through and know that after the initial loss it is hard. I guess I am just feeling discouraged because I know that I have a calorie-deficit but you couldn't tell looking at my scale.

Sorry if it sounds like I am complaining or giving up, I am not. I guess I just wanted to share with people who would understand.
