I'm not new to the site, but this is my first post. I started last year tracking food and exercise, and was able to lose about 11 pounds, half of my goal. However, I got cocky, stopped tracking things, and gained it all back! At the moment I'm feeling just a wee bit sorry for myself . . . : )
So, I'm starting again, and wanted to thank you all for all the inspiring posts I've read here over the past year. It helps knowing there are people working so hard to meet their goals. I'm hoping to be held more accountable, and hoping some of your motivation will rub off on me!

Here's to fresh motivation. I'm going to give it a full 4 weeks, with some actual exercise, before whining about how hard it all is. I'm sure I'll be surprised by the amount of food I'm actually taking in, too. Cheers.0
