so we got the time warner plan and on it theres a Fitness on demand channel.......it has a whole bunch of diff work outs even including the "Carmen electra" strip tease one...lmao maybe today ill try it out :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    lol i never even heard about it till i was flipping through the channels lmao......time warner is by far way better than metrocast IMPO :bigsmile:

    I have the Carmen Electra Stip tease DVDs at home. They're fun and a good workout. :laugh:

    I have Comcast, and they have fitness on demand. Besides my Wii Active, that's all I do. I haven't gotten excercise DVD's in years. I really like having all that variety right at my fingertips.
