Today marks the official start of football season. Mid-summer drills and conditioning is just as important as mid-week game prep for the weekend game. Make sure your players eat well, and stay hydrated.

And it also means there is no excuse for the coaches not to participate in the conditioning. {~ahem~}

    And as a former cheerleading coach, we used to run (some) drills with the football team! Coaches included!!

    I am still neck deep into BASEBALL. However, football will always be a big part of my life...when it's time. Baseball is the love of my life....football is my mistress.

    I am from Chicago and a Bears fan, but I went to a wedding in Baltimore so the pic is of me and my boyfriend at the Raven's stadium. Our friend's wedding was held there. Yes, thats how much my friends and I are football fans.

    I love college football too! Way better then NFL in my opinion... But I still watch it.
