carvings during that time of the month

Help!!!! I'm having horrible carvings during my time of the month. Seriously, I would KILL my first born for a chocolate cake right now. I feel like I might die if I don't get some carbs or chocolate.

I'm trying VERY hard to resisit the urge to go to the vending machine or grocery store or ice cream place across the street. How do you combate these cravings? I'm not sure my will power can hold out. And I don't think I can just have "a little bit" right now. I was only going to eat 5 chips last night but ended up eating half the bag!

    Go to the store and buy ONE SINGLE small serving chocolate bar. Lowest calorie item you can find to satisfy your craving. For me, denial only leads to binging later (like your chip episode).

    try the hostess 100 calorie cupcakes they are yummy and won't eat up all your calories. The dove dark chocolate is good to but make sure you only get 1 candy bar so that you can't bing later. Good Luck!
