Looking to get healthy

I'm a 21 year old college student from New Jersey. During Freshman year, I gained 10-15 pounds, and I'm trying to lose that and then some. I am currently 5'3" and 155 pounds with big bones and would like to drop down to 135. To start, I have started Thirty Day Shred (I'm on Day 12) and altering my diet a lot but it's difficult with all the barbecues and such.

Looking forward to delving deeper into this forum and getting motivated by everyone else's accomplishments! :)
