I, like many, have struggled with me weight most of my life. It really started when when my last child was born. I gained weight and never have been able to really lose it. I just kept putting a little more weight on all the time. My daughter is now 14 and I decided there really is no excuse why I am so fat!!
I decided to change my life. I started with a divorce and my life has changed all for the better since then.
I started going to the gym at the end of November and started on MFP in December and the rest is history. I am down 74 lbs and 4 pant sizes!! I look like a totally different person and I feel like a totally different person. My sons tell me all the time that I look great and tell their friend, Doesnt my mom look good?? lol
My originally weight was 325 lbs when I started. CRAZY!!!!!!
I am at 251 now, and can't believe the tranformation. Unfort. I can't figure out how to post pics!
I hope that I motivate someone with my weight loss. I am one of those people that would lose a little and give up because I didn't think that I was losing weight fast enough. I used every excuse in the book not to exercise and just didn't care anymore.
I did it so you can do it too!! I promise, if you put your mind to it and you work hard you can do it too.
Good luck on your weight loss journey. Mine is far from over but I am on my way to a better me....

We have similar stories. Mine started in 2009...topped out at 258lbs, and that day I started walking and making smart choices. I left my husband, and we are still in the process of the divorce, but will be done before the fall. I fell away a bit last fall/winter, and went from 209 to 218, and then found this site in March/April of this year, and am down almost 21lbs. It's slow, but steady. But this time won't come back because I made this about healthy not skinny. For life, not till next week.
WTG...Keep up the good work!!!0 -
Great job and great story! Keep it up.0

That's great you lost so much. One way to show images would be to upload to Photobucket and post a link. I could not figure out how to do the images either.0
