Over on sugar?

My macros are pretty much what the US government recommends (55% carbs, 15% protein, 30% fat). Yet somehow I keep on going waaaayyyyy over on sugar. For example, if I have a granola bar and a glass of milk for breakfast, I am already around the limit the day. Plus I love fruit.

Has anyone gone through this before? Could anyone recommend ways to reduce the sugar in my diet (the granola bars obviously have to go, but besides that)? My diary is public.

    Ignore it.
Seriously....eat lean meats, low fat dairy, nuts, whole grains as opposed to white refined sugar or flour, fresh fruits and veggies.
    And worry NOT!
