Looking to add more protein to my diet, but I can not eat most red meats. What are good sources that you use? Any supplements?

Dairy - low fat cheese, cottage cheese especially, and Greek yoghurt. But you have to read the labels very carefully and watch out for added sugars.

Pulses - beans of any kind, baked beans, chickpeas etc.
