I'm stuck - I get to this weight and it doesn't move!

I fell off the wagon for months but have been doing well since January. It seems I can get to this weight and then I just get stuck. I keep exercising (right now I am only walking because there is a track at my daughter's swim practice). What can I do to break below this number. It is getting discouraging. I lose and gain the same pound and a half repeatedly. Thanks.
