Wanted to post this under the Motivation/Support Topic hoping to inspire someone needing support but I think this topic is more appropriate. 
This is just my second during shot. Apr 2 2012 I joined a Gym and started going 5-6 days a week. As soon as I started lifting weights (not even heavy) the inches started coming off.
The below pic is my progressions from Apr 2 to Yesterday. I started INSANITY on Friday so I am hoping to have AWESOME AFTER photos once I reach my goal. I am 24 pounds away from it.

Thats great you lost 12 pounds so far. anything over 4 pounds on a female is always pretty visible, especially if they are shorter. The 12 pounds shows a great improvement from the before. I am sure you will be on your way to your goal in in no time.0

Thank you. And Congrats on your weight loss success so far as well!!! I definitely recommend weights. Even if not heavy lifting...I have lost almost 6 inches in my waist alone!0 -

Here is mine, the first picture I wasn't even at my heaviest! I started in January at 212.6 lbs and I am 166.6 today. I took almost a month off in February but got right back into it and I have never felt better!0
