I'm looking for a change in my fitness routine and I've seen a lot of peope talk about both of these programs.
I think I'm particularly interested in the New Rules, just because I feel like it gives me more flexibility with my cardio workouts. I just wonder if any people had experience with the book?
I do go to a gym so I have access to equipment, but just wondered if people felt they needed a trainer in order to do the moves right. I go to goodlife so we also have Body Pump which is a lifting class, and I'm wondering if thats just a better place for me to start so I can get used to the moves.
Any input is appreciated - thanks!
