Hello,
I was wondering what people's experiences/opinions were with the idea of using one meal a week to just eat anything you want? I know some programs, such as Weight Watchers, allow for such a thing. Do you find that that sort of thing really hinders weight loss?

It didn't hinder mine. I didn't have binges, partly bc I also didn't keep that stuff in the house to begin with. It gave me something to look forward to and remember when I was craving something. Yes I believe in moderation and not depriving yourself as some will jump on about cheat meals, but ours was used for fast food or eating out a restraunt that didn't have the best options.0
