If you've done Insanity, question for you

I just got Insanity in the mail the other day. I've done the Plyo Cardio Circuit and Cardio Power & Resistance so far. I like them even though they're really tough. But here's my issue- on work days I normally work out with my boss and he's not in very good shape. We've been doing P90X workouts and he can't keep up with Plyo X all the way through. I'm trying to figure out what we should do today and I'm debating the Insanity Cardio Recovery workout, but I haven't done it yet. How hard is it? I don't want to do something today that might kill (not literally) my 59 year old overweight boss, you know? So what do you think, should I try it with him this afternoon or stick to a P90X workout until I can the Cardio Recovery workout alone first? Thanks!

i loved cardio recovery! Ans I looked forward to it every week I dreaded everything else the first two weeks are the hardest in my opinion. I would also modify the moves cause it will kill your knees. It took about 2 wks for my knee to recover after week 3. As long as you keep moving thats what counts. keep your heart rate up. The plyo is very difficult i also loved the ab routine0
