Staring insanilty attempt 2, 7-2-12

Ok here it goes again.. Just to let everyone know I first attempted it back in 4-23-12 got thru to week 4 day 1 and barely could get thru the workout cause i did something to my knee/upper calf it hurt really bad thought id take tuesday off to see if it helped. wendsday ended up putting my dog to sleep:( and fell trying to put up chickens. bruised and tore or stretched tendon in my elbow it was horrible looked like i had broke it.any who. That was on 5-16-12.. Since than my diet has sucked i gained back everything i had lost in inches. and I am dreading starting all over again. but if I dont ill stay the way i am and i dont want that. My knee finally feels better. my elbo is still sore and i cant extend it all the way but i think if i modify ill be fine. so good luck to me:)

    I'm getting ready to start it, too, although I don't know if I'm going to just do Insanity or mix it with some P90X. Feel free to friend me if you'd like. We can fight through Insanity together. :) Good luck! You can do it!

    Don't beat yourself up if you struggle initially. Do what you can and you'll continue to get better. I stopped/started p90x several times and I decided this year that I was going to push through. I am mid-way through round 2 and added Insanity workouts in as well.

    You can do it. Just don't doubt yourself!

    I've had my own false starts with both P90X and Insanity. I just complete P90X for the first time a few weeks ago and have moved onto Insanity (I've just started week 2). You can do this! Do your best to stay healthy and focus on your goals and why you want to achieve those goals. Feel free to friend me if you'd like a bit of extra cheering!

    i made it through a week lost 2 pounds and then went camping for two weeks lol... I'm starting again today and know I'm not going anywhere for awhile so I'm getting thro the whole program gosh darrnit, starting today :) lol

    kept telling myself to get up off the couch and push play. and of of course life took over(kids crying, people coming over) that least to say i didnt accomplish doing the fit test yesterday. So ill try for it today.

    for as hard as u work with these workouts you would think u are burning more calories!
