Exercise and my stupid defective head

My wife and I have decided to do the 30 day shred and I think I have to come up with a way to do organize it better.
A brief history - There is something wrong with my head, every now and again I am completely off balance, kind of like walking on a swaying ship but without the ship. Lots of trips and tests late they see something on an MRI that they think is causing it (yup my brain not my ears) but I haven't had health insurance for a while so have been unable to do more research (Health insurance just kicked in at the new job so will get back on it)
Anyway..... Long and the short of it is that we've noticed this affects me way more when I get dehydrated, hot days and not enough water can make for some fun lol
Back to the exercise. We know that if we decided to do the exercise when I came home from work I'd probably find an excuse not to do it, so we are doing it first thing in the morning. Problem is, I then sweat and get dehydrated and off goes the balance.
Today was the worst so far, I got up, drank a bottle of water, then did the workout and drank another bottle of water. Off went the balance, so far I'm up to 10 16oz bottles of water and I'm just about back to normal.
Does anyone have any suggestions about getting hydrated quickly first thing in the morning or is it just going to be a "drink lots" sort of answer? Do sport drinks help you hydrate any quicker? How long after you get up do you wait to exercise?
I know this is a long meandering post, but I felt the need to put this stuff down for my own benefit too, maybe when I get insurance cards I can shed more light on things.

Oranges are a good source for hydration (and often times recommended for runners who tend to dehydrate quickly) and not a bad thing to consume just before a workout for lots of other reasons as well.
I haven't tried this myself, but I've also heard of drinking pedialyte... it appears to rehydrate at a faster rate than water and you don't have to drink as much. Don't quote me on that though.
Good luck with everything... sending postivite vibes your way

I'm sorry to hear about your condition (and glad Obamacare is coming in the US - I hope it will make a difference). That sounds like an awful lot of water - please stop. Water intoxication can kill and can certainly make you you dizzy.
