12 Week Fitness Challenge

Hi everyone. I have just started a 12 Week Fitness Challenge offered by my local gym. I am 100% Vegan and presently weigh 65kg's (183cm tall). My goal for the 12 weeks is to bulk up and loose some body fat (14.4% at the moment).

If anyone has some eating tips for Vegans I would be most grateful. I don't take supplements and I have no intention of starting to either. All 100% natural.
