Boot Camp

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has done a boot camp class and if anyone has, how to you track your calories burnt? I am doing a class 2-3 times a week and it is pretty tough. I consider myself semi in shape and it kicks my rear every class. We do a lot of running in between exercises, a lot of use of weights, etc. I do not have a watch that tracks calories unfortunately.

Oh, also, any ideas on how to get rid of that "baby pooch"? The is the part that just won't budge:-(
