Who doesn't love buttery, crunchy toast? Or maybe some buttery mashed potatoes? I know I do! I wanted to let you in on a little secret of mine: Smart Balance Light with Flaxseed Oil. Flaxseed oil (or linseed oil) shortens recovery time for fatigued muscles, promotes accelerated healing, eases weight loss, stimulates brown fat celland increases metabolic rate, increases energy production rate and stamina, and so many other things. Not to mention it tastes great and is half the calories of regular salted sweet cream butter. It's only 50 calories for 1 Tbsp. Enjoy!

Or use the real deal butter, just not gobs of it. It tastes way better than any pseudo-butter product. All things in moderation has made my weight loss, and subsequent maintenance of said loss, rather easy.
