I have a question

I work as a substance abuse counselor and basically, mine is a sit down job, but I rarely sit still for long. I am back and forth to the copy machine, the file room, the meeting room, etc., all day long. I'd estimate that 4 hours of my day are at my desk, typing, and the other 3 are walking. I know this burns calories, but just don't know how to figure how much.

Those would not be calories to count but would be figured into whatever you set your activity level to. Eg. Sedentary, light active, moderately active etc. What you are describing would be light active to me.
