Im sweating profusely, and I dont know what to do!

K so I am about 3 weeks into my lifestyle of eating a lot more fruits and veggies meal plan, as well as counting calories. I am noticing today that I am sweating profusely and I can not get a grip on my hunger pangs - this is the beginning of TOM.

Now, I am sure to start either on tuesday or wednesday, but today is just ridiculous! I am only at lunch and almost all of my calories are gone for the day :( Is this normal?

I am trying so hard to increase my water intake as well to keep me cool/limit my eating.

But yeah, I just wanted to know if this is experienced by a lot of females who are reducing calories/starting their TOM.
