I am a stay at home mom who is also an online college student. It is so hard for me to stay on the ball when it comes to working out and eating well. Today I have decided I am going to start fresh and try to possibly do a meat and bread fast just for about a week because I have done some research that if I can complete the fast then I could possibly have a whole new start and it will be easier for me to eat healthy once I am done fasting. If anyone has tried this because they have the same issue as me (lack of motivation) could you please give me some pointers? :indifferent:
