Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a walk

What would I have done differently?
A more intense workout. Drink more water

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    Not ate the ice cream last night :love:

    I was planning to run today, but it seems I forgot my running shoes :blushing: So, I plan to be extra good on my food today.

    I did a combo of kickboxing and aerobics for 65 MINS!!! woo-hoo!!

    Nothing...yesterday was a good day!

    To make a healthy choice when I go out to eat with the kids tonight! No fast foods!!

    Seriously doubt it, but today is a new day.

    Nope, didn't even get to exercise.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Decided to start over today.

    What would I have done differently?
    Started over yesterday.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories in a nutritional manner and exercise.

    I almost hit every target. If it weren't for the call of the mad Canadian Cheddar or that nast old Cranberry Cinnamon Goats Milk cheese I would have been fine. The popcorn and chips were so neglible in my count hardly worth mentioning...but oh that cheese....*LOL*

    Until evening when I was starved ... yes.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Said "No thankyou" to ice cream with my fruit.

    What would I have done differently?
    Stayed away from all the extra snacks (ie popcorn, cheese and crackers)

    What is today's personal goals?
    Not to use up so many of my extra calories earned through exercise.

    Yes.

    No , Not even close!
    What did I do yesterday that I'm proud of?
    Exercised (walked) 55 minutes. 35 in morning, 20 in Evening.
    What would I have done differently?
    Not eaten as many sweets or chips.!
    What is today's personal goal?
    Drink lots of water,Eat better than yesterday, ( cardio )exercise, get some strength moves in.
    I have lost 35 lbs . in the last 2 1/2 years,with some stumbling , gaining in between. Been struggling with weight issues for about 9 years though.Looking to lose about 10- 15 more.If it takes awhile longer that's fine, I want to do it safely,and come up with a plan that will work for the long term! (and) Keep it off for good! Here's to good health!:drinker:

    no :(...stayed under calories, but went over on carbs and fat.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Went for 3 walks! drank plenty of water and logged EVERYTHING.

    What would I have done differently?
    not eaten FOUR pudding snacks....sugar free doesn't = eat FOUR!!

    What is today's personal goals?
    how about a little self-control....ha!
    seriously - run home from work tomorrow. 30 min/3 mi.
