where did my 6 pack go? Could it have been 20 years of pizzas, beer, curries, kebabs and other nasty habits?

I took a picture of my gut, but I shall not spoil your lunch by posting it.

14 stone 1lb at 5 foot 11. 14 stone 1lb is 197lbs.

Let me see how long I last with this campaign.
