30 Day Shred Question?

Hello! I was wondering if people who did the workout and had it work for them did any additional cardio/light lifting outside of this workout? If you could answer, it would be very much appreciated, as I want to lose at least 6 pounds this month.

    I just did my first day today, so I can't speak for proven results, but based on my general knowledge of exercise/research I'm fairly certain that my routine will be effective.

    I run on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, do the 100 push ups/200 sit ups programs on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, and do 30DS Monday through Saturday. I'm doing 100PU/200SU because I have to work on numbers for a PT test - if that wasn't a factor, I'd be doing only running and 30DS. I'm biased towards running because I've seen such fabulous results with it, but I don't think 30DS really gives you enough cardio on its own. Just my personal opinion.

    I think with a proper diet and 30DS alone, you should be able to lose 6 pounds in a month - running would definitely help, though!

    hi there.
    I am currently doing 30 day shred tuesdays and thursdays.
    MWF and Sat I do C25K training for my first 5k.

    Ive been on level one since May and am moving to level 2 tomorrow.
    I know it's not how Jillian Michaels planned the program but it works for me. I get bored doing the same thing everyday and I'm loving running.

    I feel it gives me the weight lifting and core work I need since I don't belong to a gym.
