    Nothing Is never to hard for us to conqure... Congrats on your success. I am 6'0 My hieghts weight was 300lbs I started may of this May 03 2012... its now July 19th 2012 and am at 256lbs God is my strength as well some days I feel like quiting but when i think about were I came from adn where am going i dont want to stop. Am going to add you as a friend because i feel like we both have alot incommon.. :-D Keep up the good work..

    Very happy for you. I too count on our Heavenly Father for strength. Seems as if I want a dozen cookies and if I remember to ask him, he will get me through.

    There's no need for me to say how amazing you look, because everyone has done that already! :wink: So I'll say that you look fantastic! Your story is so inspiring! Many of us tend to fall off the wagon from time to time, including myself; however when I read success stories such as yours, it gives me a lift and it makes me want to succeed! Again, congratultions on what you've accomplished!

    Thank you for the recent comments. I woke up today ready to recommit to this healthy living lifestyle. For the past 5 days , I have been on binge spree. its been bad. I finally sought out the Lord for help to get me through. Then, the Lord reminded me that he has made and shaped me into a warrior. But i just need believe in it. Last night, i said yes to him and i said I am READY to pick up my shield and sword. This morning, I woke up as a warrior ready to attack my demons.And to see you guys to have written these comments , I really give Him praise and thanks because He showed me the reason why I must and continue to fight. Through reading your comments, I realize we are all on this journey to help each other , but to also show others that change is always possible even if the road is long or the mountain is high. thanks

    I am so impressed. I too am 5'3" and weighed at my highest 255. I went down to 174 first of March but since have gained some back (185 lb. currently). I am having a hard time this spring/summer staying motivated but people like you give me strength. I think I may have to get the same work out buddy you have to help me! Take care!
