hey, im new around these parts... i guess i joined because i need some motivation to keep me on track, just recently graduated college and the last 2 months rather 2 years have been ***** on my body because i have been doing nothing but studying it seems. now i have a bit of free time to dedicate to working out *full out circuit or short run* and to get healthy again. i dislike how i look and how my clothes look in comparison to what i used to look like and know i can do..
