Cereal and granola for sure. But holy crap do I love cereal haha, I can't give it up. I eat it every night for "dessert" with a little handful of chocolate chips :)

Fat free yogurts, like Dannon or Yoplait, that have tons of sugar. I've switched to Greek yogurt!

Yes ,me too! It helped that I recently learned to love Greek yogurt after staying a while on Naxos and Santorini (though the amount of honey and nuts sometimes added to it there definitely makes it dessert!) It is fantastic plain too....

    The vast majory of

    Protein bars
    Cereal/breakfast bars......and most cereals tbh

I also think nuts are overrated, especially for weight loss, but that's a different topic. None of these are in my diet however.

I agree, except nuts. They are something for moderation only, though, and careful measuring of serving size!

Most processed foods - anything with an ingredient I can't pronounce. :-) Includes a lot of whole grain breads, crackers, "natural" cheese, sauces, granola bars, cereals... the list goes on....

Pre-sliced, packaged bread, deeefinitely agree with the "light" yogurts...so much sugar you may as well eat ice cream.. things that come in 100 calorie packages, "reduced fat" anything, sugar free candy, diet soda...

Any type of food that is bar shaped, especially if it's not homemade. Anything in a box or package you grab at the store, even if a label is slapped on it that says "Healthy."

Instant or "quick" oatmeal. Honestly, the real thing only takes five minutes, people! And it doesn't get all chalky and slimy .... ew.
