...eat smaller amounts of whatever you want, or eat larger amounts of healthy food, while staying under your calorie goal? I was definitely the former, now I am the latter. I love a big salad!!!

My new plan is to eat as many different foods as I can so that I can cover all my nutritional bases. But I'm making all of those choices healthy. So far today, I've eaten 12 different things, but my total is at 620 as of now. I still have half my calories left and some yummy things to look forward to0

I do both at different times depending on my moods and what my body is craving. Sometymz my body just sayz "Son, get your
@ss to the gym!" Mostly it's larger amounts of healthy food!0 -
a bit of both really - I have cut right down on bread and shovel tones of lettuce and fresh slices of chicken in my lunch, and eat lots of fruit, but I save some calories for half a slice of cake in the evenings.0

I rather eat large amounts of healthy food as it will be better for you in the long run...however some days I just want that cake:)0

Me too. I try to eat mainly healthy stuff but in order to stay sane and not deprive myself, if I want the pizza or cake or *insert high cal food here* I will have it and work it into my calorie goals.0
