i am currently doing Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels and I am doing Bridge to 10k to work on speed when running.0

Just going to the gym doing circuits here. Also remember, weight loss is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise.0

I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and walk/jog on treadmill 2-3 miles a day.0

I use BodyRock.tv and run/walk when I'm not doing that.0

BodyRock & Nike Training Club (app) for circuit/body weight
Weight plan (app) kettlebell 90 day program

I do P90x Classic. I'm almost done this round then I will be starting again. I love it0

I'm doing P90X and extra cardio in the morning (running, power walking or a combo of both). I'm also gonna try working in some HIIT this week.0
