Visiting the Family

I am currently on vacation to visit my family, and within seconds of walking in the door, there was a caramel cake practically placed in my hands. True, I did not say no.. BUT my question is, what is a POLITE way I can make them understand that I am serious about eating healthy this time, and don't want their junk food, not because it's not good, but because I really want to get to a weight that makes me happy. I just really don't want to hurt any feelings. It's just like when I say "Oh I really shouldn't eat that.." they nod as if they've heard me, but then continue offering me everything that I've been steering clear of... Anyone else been through this? Any advice?

Just say, " No thank you. Maybe I'll have a small piece later after I have worked out."
Just remember some balance. You're on vacation, it's ok to have a treat here and there, but also remember that you don't have to eat everything they offer, and you're not being rude to decline it.0
