incorporate healthy fats without going over calorie limit?

Hi all,
I have been unintentionally eating a very low fat diet because my allotted daily calorie intake is only 1200 calories, and lower fat foods happen to also be lower in calories. However, I have read that it is best to incorporate healthy fats into one's diet (i.e. avocados, olive oil). Does anyone have suggestions for incorporating these things without blowing all my calories? Olive oil is 120 calories per tablespoon!

I'd like to know this too! I haven't figured out a way to be full and eat much fat at all. Not because I try to eat low fat but because I end up wanting the most volume for my 1200 calories.0
